SINGLE TEMP MINI
WATER-OPERATED COMPACT MINI TEMPERATURE CONTROL SYSTEMS
The Single Temp Mini series consists of extremely compact, highly reliable, and precision-controlled water-operated temperature control units designed for industrial temperature control applications. Mini water-operated temperature control systems are specifically optimized for small-volume process circuits, laboratory applications, and low-to-medium capacity operations. By combining high performance with minimal dimensions, the Mini series delivers maximum efficiency both on the production floor and in space-restricted environments.
In addition to standard process temperature control, the Mini series offers high energy efficiency, CO₂ reduction, and low operating costs. Despite their compact design, Mini systems provide the same level of PID-controlled temperature stability, safety functions, and wide temperature operating ranges typically found in larger temperature control systems.
OPERATING PRINCIPLE
Mini water-operated temperature control units work according to a closed-loop water circulation principle. Water is heated to the required temperature by integrated heating elements and transferred to the process circuit by a pump. The heated water in the process circuit then returns to the unit via the return line, where it is reheated and continuously recirculated.
The heat transfer process follows these steps:
• System water is heated by PID-controlled heating elements
• The pump delivers water to the internal circuit at a constant flow rate
• The process circuit temperature is kept stable
• Cooled water is returned to the heater and reheated
This operating principle enables Mini systems to deliver high-precision temperature control and minimizes temperature fluctuations within the process.
