MARSE SMART OIL - PRESSURIZED
PRESSURIZED OIL TEMPERATURE CONTROL SYSTEMS FOR HIGH-TEMPERATURE APPLICATIONS
The Marse Smart Oil - Pressurized series consists of pressurized oil-operated temperature control units developed for plastic processing and advanced industrial applications that require high temperature, high pressure, and maximum process stability. These systems provide safe, precise, and continuous temperature control between 180 °C and 300 °C, exceeding the limitations of conventional water-based or oil tank systems.
Smart Oil - Pressurized units represent the top tier of the Marse SMART platform and are particularly preferred for engineering plastics, composites, rubber processing, and mold applications exposed to extreme thermal loads. Thanks to their pressurized closed-loop design, oil boiling risk is eliminated, ensuring stable operation even at very high temperatures.
PRESSURIZED OIL TEMPERATURE CONTROL TECHNOLOGY AND OPERATING PRINCIPLE
In Smart Oil - Pressurized systems, special heat-transfer oil circulates in a sealed and pressurized closed loop. This design preserves the physical properties of the oil while eliminating evaporation and cavitation risks. The oil is heated by electric heaters and delivered to molds or process equipment via high-performance circulation pumps.
Key technical advantages of pressurized oil systems include:
• Safe operation up to 300 °C
• Extremely high thermal stability
• Homogeneous and controlled heat transfer
• Minimization of temperature differences inside the mold
• Continuous, long-term operation
• Maximum process safety under demanding production conditions
This technology is critical for applications requiring high surface quality, low internal stress, and consistent part repeatability.
