OPERATING PRINCIPLE OF EASITEMP 95
Easitemp 95 operates according to the principle of a closed-loop, water-circulated temperature control system. Using water as the heat transfer medium allows rapid heat-up and ensures homogeneous temperature distribution within the process circuit. Water heated by integrated electric heating elements is pumped to the mould or process circuit and then returned to the unit via the return line, maintaining a continuous circulation loop.
During operation:
• Hot water is supplied to the process circuit at a constant flow rate
• Heat transfer is fast and precisely controlled
• Temperature fluctuations are minimized through PID-controlled regulation
• Return water from the process is reheated to maintain continuous circulation
