The Ultimate Series is a highly advanced leak detection platform that simultaneously monitors both point sensors and closed-loop lines around hot runners.
It reduces the risk of leaks to near-zero levels in high-quality cover molds, complex manifold structures, and at very high production speeds.
Thanks to its stand-alone design, no panel module is required, and installation is extremely fast.

The Ultimate series is the most advanced group in the Airtect product range. Systems that can monitor both classic “point” leak zones and specific lines of the hot leg as “closed loops”. Airtect+1

• 6-Zone + 1 Loop – LA506S-1L
• 12-Zone + 2 Loop – LA512S-2L
• 20-Zone + 2 Loop – LA520S-2L
Key differences:
• Both traditional sensor points and environmental/line-based (loop) monitoring can be performed within the same manifold.
• Ideal for detecting leaks circulating around the manifold, especially in highly complex, multi-cavity hot runners.
• Does not require a separate control module inside the panel due to its “stand-alone” design.
