Accessories
Airtect offers all components required for integrating the system into the mold and machine as accessories.
Main accessories:
• AR-20GF air pressure regulator (with filter and manometer)
– Used in all LA500/LM2050 and manifold systems; provides stable measurement with low-pressure, filtered air.
• PCC-S-X power/interlock cables
– 3 / 5 / 10 m length options for DC power supply and machine interlock connection for stand-alone manifolds.
• PCC-X power/communication cables
– For “daisy chain” connection from LA500 or LM2050 to manifolds or between manifolds; 0.6 / 1.5 / 3 / 5 / 10 m.
• 4 mm PU hoses and stainless steel sensor tubes with different outer diameters
– To reach critical points within the mold (nozzle tips, manifold perimeter, plate gaps).
– Both thin and more durable tube applications are possible with different diameter options.
Thanks to these accessories, the system can be easily applied to existing molds as a retrofit, in addition to integration into a new mold.
