Stand-Alone Manifold Series – LA504S / LA508S / LA516S / LA524S
Airtect Stand-Alone manifolds are independent systems with the control module directly integrated into the manifold.
Each zone's alarm is displayed on the screen with the zone number, and the interlock output can be directly connected to the machine.
Integrated sensors that monitor mold temperature provide protection against both leakage and excessive/unstable temperature risks.
It is the ideal solution for medical, cap, and automotive molds that require high precision.
Heated duct protection: Stand-alone manifolds
This group consists of “stand-alone” units that have integrated their own control/display/interlock functions into the manifold. Therefore, they do not require additional LA501/502/LM2050 units.
Stand-alone models:
• LA504S – 4-zone stand-alone manifold
• LA508S – 8-zone stand-alone manifold
• LA516S – 16-zone stand-alone manifold
• LA524S – 24-zone stand-alone manifold
Features:
• Each has multi-zone leak monitoring and displays the zone number and alarm on the screen
• Interlock connection with the machine allows automatic injection stop in case of leakage.
• Temperature sensor can be integrated into the manifold to monitor mold temperature; injection into excessively cold/hot molds is prevented by setting high/low temperature limits.
