LA501 - Single Nozzle Plastic Leak Detection Module
LA501 is an advanced plastic leak detection module developed by Airtect for single nozzle injection molding machines.
By measuring micro-changes in air flow through the sensor tube placed in the nozzle area, it immediately sounds an alarm when a leak occurs and can stop the machine via interlock.
The module offers a user-friendly design with an internal air regulator, programmable alarm levels, and a 7-segment LED display.
It minimizes unplanned downtime by preventing damage to molds in high-temperature nozzle and hot runner areas.

• It is a plastic leak alarm module designed for single nozzle injection machines.
• It has 2 seven-segment LED displays; operating parameters (pressure thresholds, delay times, etc.) are programmable.
• The box contains an air pressure regulator (with filter and manometer), PU hose, silicone hose, stainless steel sensor tube, power/interlock cable, and installation/operation manual.
• It protects the injection nozzle and can also be used as a control unit for fixed or modular manifolds.
