Industrial Oils and Spray Lubricants
Gears, chains, bearings, linear guides, shafts, joints and moving mechanisms in industrial machinery are continuously exposed to friction and mechanical loads during operation. Without correct lubrication, friction may increase and lead to wear, heat generation, noise, vibration, energy losses and unplanned machine downtime.
ACCA industrial oils and spray lubricants are developed to support the regular and controlled lubrication of moving machine components. The range offers different formulations that help reduce friction, facilitate mechanical movement, protect components against wear and maintain equipment performance.
Liquid and aerosol alternatives enable application to both large surfaces and narrow, sensitive or difficult-to-reach areas. Aerosol products are particularly convenient for maintenance operations, local lubrication points, chains, guides, gears and areas that must be reached without extensive machine disassembly.
In addition to general maintenance lubricants, the range includes specialist products formulated with molybdenum disulfide, high-adhesion lubricants and silicone-free sliding agents. This allows the lubricant to be selected according to operating conditions, surface type, movement and required performance.
Importance of Industrial Lubrication
Lubricants help form a protective layer between moving surfaces that come into contact with each other. This layer limits direct surface-to-surface contact and friction, supporting smoother and more consistent mechanical operation.
Correct and regular lubrication helps:
* Reduce friction and mechanical wear.
* Support smooth operation of moving components.
* Limit heat generation, noise and vibration.
* Improve the planning of maintenance intervals.
* Protect chains, gears, guides, bearings and joints.
* Reduce the risk of unexpected machine downtime and component replacement.
* Support equipment reliability and service life.
Advantages of Spray Lubricants
Spray lubricants allow maintenance personnel to apply the product directly to the required point. This is particularly useful in complex machinery and difficult-to-reach lubrication areas.
The main advantages of aerosol application include:
* Controlled and local application
* Access to narrow and difficult-to-reach areas
* Uniform distribution of the lubricant
* Fast and convenient maintenance
* Reduced unnecessary product consumption
* Easy application to chains, gears and moving joints
* Maintenance without extensive machine disassembly
Main Application Areas
ACCA industrial oils and spray lubricants can be used for:
* Mechanical components of plastic injection molding machines
* Extrusion and compounding machinery
* Blow molding machines and auxiliary equipment
* Rubber-processing machinery
* Linear guides and moving tables
* Gears and gear mechanisms
* Chains and chain-drive systems
* Bearings and bearing assemblies
* Shafts, pins and joints
* Conveyor systems
* Lead screws and moving connections
* Sliding surfaces and guide elements
* Maintenance workshops and mechanical assembly areas
* General industrial machinery maintenance
Product Selection
When selecting the correct lubricant, operating temperature, mechanical load, movement speed, surface material, application method and environmental conditions should be evaluated together. Possible contact with plastics, rubber, paint and other surfaces should also be considered.
POLILUBE HD 145
A silicone-free sliding lubricant designed for guides, sliding surfaces, moving tables and mechanisms requiring smooth movement. Its silicone-free formulation is particularly useful in production environments where silicone residues are undesirable.
Liquid and aerosol alternatives are available for larger surfaces and local maintenance points.
GEAR LUBE HD 81
A high-adhesion synthetic protective and lubricating fluid. It adheres to gears, chains and moving mechanisms, helping maintain the lubricating layer on the treated surface.
It can be considered for open mechanisms, moving components and applications where the lubricant should resist being easily displaced. Liquid and aerosol versions are available.
BISOLF OIL HD 21
A specialist lubricant containing molybdenum disulfide. It helps reduce friction and wear between metal surfaces and can be used on gears, chains, joints and mechanical movement points requiring a durable lubricating layer.
Liquid and aerosol versions provide suitable alternatives for periodic maintenance and local application.
AIRLUBE HD 202
A lubricant developed for oil-mist lubricators used in pneumatic systems. In suitable systems, it supports regular lubrication and protection of moving pneumatic components.
Main Advantages
* Helps reduce friction and mechanical wear.
* Supports smooth operation of moving parts.
* Suitable for gears, chains, guides and mechanical joints.
* Offers formulations for general and specialist applications.
* Includes silicone-free, high-adhesion and molybdenum disulfide alternatives.
* Available in liquid and aerosol packaging.
* Provides controlled application to local and difficult-to-reach areas.
* Helps make maintenance operations faster and more systematic.
* Contributes to extending the service life of machine components.
* Can be incorporated into plastic and rubber-processing machinery maintenance programs.
Application Information
Before applying the lubricant, dirt, dust, old oil, grease and other residues should be removed with a suitable cleaner. A clean surface helps the lubricant reach the required contact area and form a uniform lubricating layer.
Only the required quantity should be applied. Excessively thick layers that may attract dust and contamination should be avoided. For aerosol application, the can should be held at a suitable distance and the product applied directly and carefully to the contact point.
Maintenance should only be performed after the machine has been stopped, energy sources have been safely isolated and moving components have been secured. Unintended contact between the lubricant and the molded plastic or rubber component, mold surface or raw material should be prevented.
A compatibility test is recommended where contact with plastics, elastomers, painted or coated surfaces is possible. Application quantity, relubrication interval and operating conditions should follow the relevant technical data sheet and safety data sheet.
